Flesh Tearers – Jump Pack Death Co Part 1

So, as part of the half-term holidays, I’ve been getting in some serious hobby time with my lad. I had promised him that we’d build one of my guard vehicles but when we dug it out, it appears that the floor is missing from the sprue. I know it’s a long shot, but do any of you guys got a spare old school chimera floor that you wouldn’t mind selling? If not, if anyone can give me the dimensions etc so I can attempt to reconstruct it out of plasticard please. Thanks in advance guys Col

Well, the keep is finished. Not much to it really. I added some slight weathering along the base of the tower just to break up the grey stone a little, and I finally tried out some spray matt varnish. There's no way I was brush varnishing this thing. I used Windsor & Newton all purpose matt varnish, and it went on a treat, so happy days. I've all the paints and techniques I need for the main event, the enormous Hudson & Allen castle, which I'll start on next week, so be prepared for some serious masonry on the mumblings for the next while.
Fear not, loyal reader, for I have not abandoned you. I numerically look pretty far behind in my painting challenge. However, this challenge is not just painting. This is assembling, priming, painting… The whole shebang from start to finish. Over the past week I have been working on my goblins from the Battle for Skull Pass. 43 are ready to drop, with another 21 primed and ready to go. The entire dwarf portion of the box is also primed and assembled. Meaning, I’ll be over the 100 mark probably by the end of the week…
