    Dwarf Treasure Hunters starter list

I've been planning to get into Mordheim and I know I want to go with an official warband, as such the dwarf treasure hunters seem to appeal the most to me.

Anyways here'e a possible list I've been considering

    Noble
    • Dwarf Axe
    • Pistol
    Slayer x 2
    • Dwarf Axe x 2
    Engineer
    • Crossbow
    Thunderer x 2
    • Crossbow
    • Sword
That adds up to 500 exactly but I've only played one game of mordheim a few years back and it was with a dark elf warband. Basically I remember very little about the game and I'm not certain what is effective.

Any thoughts or tips would be appreciated.

While it seems pretty strong and I don't feel experienced enough with Mordheim to make any kind of authoritative judgement, I'd drop a slayer (I know, not taking the maximum number of heroes in Mordheim blasphemy! But with the incomparable miners skill you should still have no trouble making money) and seriously consider taking a suit of Gromril armor. Normally armor is pretty pointless because of the easy availability of save modifiers, but precisely because of this Gromril armor (with a shield) is going to be insane in the early game because noone is going to build their starting warband to counter armor.

Also, because Gromril is so much cheaper in the Dwarven Kingdoms than in Mordheim you can always sell it back at any time and recoup its entire cost if you find your enemies are tooling themselves around it.
