That looks really nice, her flesh looks a little lumpy though are you thinning your paints?

I think its easier to link from the original post to the finished pics and just post the pics at the end of the thread.

I guess its nice to have all the pics in one place for ease of looking at pretty pics but that front page will get huge.

My paints sat for awhile and got a little clumpy. It actually doesn't look too bad in person, worse in the pic for some reason. I'll be getting new paints haha. I'll start putting my pics throughout the thread. Ty for the advice!

Pics do that unfortunately, they find mold lines and flaws brilliantly.

The new ones look smoother though, this is going to sound a bit crazy but on the Chaos Warrior take some really thinned down green paint, or wash. Get lots on your brush then wipe most of it off, so that when you paint it on your finger or thumb you can hardly see it. Use this to shade the armour carefully, it will basically be clear but after a few layers it will get really dark, you don't actually want it to go green you just want it to absorb as much of the red light as possible as it travels through the paint. That will leave minimal red light to be reflected off the red paint beneath so look like a shadow. Thats the theory anyway, execution isn't always quite as straight forward.

Keep posting pics enjoying the progress.

Hmm I will have to give it a shot.. I still have most the army left to do in red armor, so if it makes it look better, awesome! Ty for the advice yet again.
