I use Vendetta Gunships a lot in my army lists at least 2 of them. However I'm having trouble deciding how I should get the 3 twin linked laser cannons since they don't make the model. What would be the best way to get them?

If I order a unit the first rank fire second rank fire and it passes. Can they shoot their special weapons (plasma gun, melta gun etc) and heavy weapons too?
