I'm just getting back into 40k and have settled on Witch hunters, I love the flavor. I'm going to run them with "allied" space marines, Can I still use a set of Daemonhunters Allies? My main thought is running two Inquisitor HQ's.

I'm trying to re-verify this for my own info as much as anything else. In the witchhunters Codex, it references that allied Space Marine units are purchased from Codex: Space Marines. This reference is still valid towards the 5th Edition Codex correct?

Can deamonhunters take a WH tank as allie, because I really like the idea of an unit of stormtroopers/grey knights riding between the enemie lines, flaming every thing they see.
