[10/15/2000] Ulthwe

This are the lists I’m thinking about playing for my Ulthwe army. I’m not entirely sure I’m ever going to pull anything out before the new codex comes out as I’d rather not put something together that will get new models or new rules, but I thought I’d put something together for the time being in case I do. I have lists at the 1000, 1500, and 2000 point levels. I’ll start with the 1000 point list, and then list the units that will be added at each level.

I’m fairly certain that the 2000 point list is what I want to be fielding. The main questions I have are:

-Would I be better off adding things in in a different order.
-Are the Fire Dragons worth it?
-Should I strip the shuriken cannons to have extra points to spend elsewhere?
-Would a unit of Rangers fit in?
-Would I be better off with trading Fortune for Mind War, and just relying on my 4+ inv save without the reroll? Honestly, I’m not sure if fortune even lets me reroll invulnerable saves.
