Very nice list, you managed a lot of firepower for a 1000 pt list. Good job.
The only thing I wouldn't do is load out three weps on your HQ. Each turn one of those isn't going to get used and thats points being wasted. Give him either Plas Fusion or Plas MP, it'll save you points that can go towards something that will be killing units every turn.

1000 Mech Tau is very powerful. Very good list by the way
Your 43 points short, You could also try dropping a Crisis suit team in favor of another Hammerhead (I would say Ion). I play a list very similar to this except without the Normal Crisis suits in favor of a hammerhead. Just a suggestion, this list will fair extremely well on it's own.
At the very least, give the FW Shas'uis or fill out the Stealthsuits, you have 43 points after all.

the stealths total to 150 not 120 (for five of them) which gives you 13pts for a shas'ui in one of your fire warrior squads. i alo think that there's too many upgrades on that hammerhead.
Tack a Decoy Launcher on ALL your skimmers, its the one vehicle upgrade for Tau that's an absolute must. If your skimmer gets imboilized after moving 6 or more inches it is destroyed, Decoys make that a whole lot less likely.
This list dosn't need to be changed at all.
