This list only has about 35 men in it, but they pack a serious punch.

HQ.

company command squad: 295 pt.
- Carapace Armour, KG, Regimental Standard, Medi-pack, Heavy Flamer, Meltagun.
- Company Commander - two power fists.
- Bodygaurd.
- Chimera.
- Camo-netting, EA, Pintle-mounted Heavy Stubber.


Troops:

3x 10 vet squads (all have the same gear.): 705 pts.
- Grenediers, Heavy Flamer, 2x meltagun.
- (Seargents have a power-fist each).
- Chimera.
- EA, Pintle-mounted Heavy Stubber.

Hey, not really all that threatening of a list, IMO. Yes the vets can hurt, but you are spending way to many points on crappy upgrades.

Too expensive. Drop the following (pretty much everything): Krak Grenades, Standard, Medi-pack, Heavy Flamer, Powerfists, Body Guard, and Carapace.

These guys should be staying in their chimera so you need the medi-pack (unless you feel like taking a lot of plasma), bodyguard, powerfists, and krak grenades.

The standard would be feasible if you had platoons, but you don't so I'd say drop it.

Heavy flamers are too expensive and don't make the best use of BS4.

You could make this a melta-squad, but I think you have more than enough in the vet squads.

Drop the Camo-netting and stubber from the chimera.

Drop the powerfists, Heavy Flamer, Grenadiers, Extra Armor, and Stubber. If you are spending more than 190 points on a veteran squad, something is seriously wrong.



Use all the points saved to give yourself some ranged support. Demolishers, Hydras, Platoons with autocannons are all viable. Or come up with your own combo.
