1000pt necron army list

nice list, only thing id that your lord is too expensive, the only thing I recommend is making the lord's equipment just a res orb, then make the warrior squads 12 men (even numbers are better)

No need for all this wargear. Just take it all off exept for Ressurection Orb and add VoD. Just take the Staff of Light instead of a Warscythe because your necron lord won't be seeing combat.

Good strong Warrior Base. Maybe make the squads even if your counting Victory pts. Other then that there doens't look like there needs to be any major changes.

Your lord is not to expensive with only 95 pts of wargear and a warscythe for 10 pts, but he is overloaded with equipment he does not need.

You could drop everything except the res. orb and buy some scarabs with disruption fields.

I don't find HS that effective. Sure it has a high strength for popping vehicles but everything in your army can destroy a vehicle. Plus, it only has 1 shot so almsot half the time it will be missing. I'd only take these if you facing an army with lots of low save units; for example, a Godzilla Tyranid list or heavy terminator list etc. etc. I'd probally take out the HS and put in more regular destroyers - they are more cost effective.

Remember, these are just merely suggestions and our opinions. You don't have to do them if you don't want to. It is your army, not ours.

I agree with IAmAngel. HD are not that effective, an ordinary destroyer offering a lot more ... I'd also take the 3rd troop choice as this gives you a better phase out other than that nice list

As said lose the heavy D's, I would add at least 4 scarab swarms, they have proven invaluable to me for tieing up lone squads and the like (to do this make both warrior squads 10 strong)

I liked how your lord was originally, but i'm no fan of VoD.

Lose the heavy D's for maybe some wraiths or destroyers (you may have to lose the spyder as well).

This should come just over 1000 points, lose any scarabs to get the cost down.

Excellent list. Not much else to say thats not been mentioned yet. Consider taking out one Destroyer for scarabs to tie up squads like already mentioned.
