Looks very “shooty” and defensive – which is fine, this means you will be shot at first so whatever you take you better be fast! My first impression is to be assault orientated and mechanized – just as you surmised.
Dracon- Punisher, TH, RJB, Drugs Shadow, 3 RJB (his wounds/contesters)
If I saw all the units of your Eldar and Dark Eldar on the table, I would immediately focus on the bikes. How sacrificial do you want to make him/her? This could work out to your advantage but probably not the way you wanted to play the unit – I think it will be tough to make this squad survive. I’d add plasma to the lord and try to find the points for 2 blasters in the bikes if you absolutely want to keep them.
10 man raider, syb with agon, SC and Blaster, Raider
I like these 3 troop units. I’d recommend horrorfex’s on all the raiders and plasma for the sybarite.
Ravager with 3 dissies
Ravager with 3 lances
Very nice setup.
Ok, what you got is ok but the bikes and the lord don’t do it for me – they can still work but I got no advice with them other than hide them well, turbo when you’re not shooting you will definitely need to combo-charge them with another assault unit. I am not very keen on the ablative wounds as I see them as a liability in the enemy’s shooting phase – you lose a bike or 2 then you’re taking a leadership check.
If I was to transform what you got I would:
Dracon, shadowfield, drugs, plasma, punisher, t-helm, t-rack,
8 man raider, cannon, blaster, sybarite with agoniser, pistol and plasma, Raider w/Horrorfex
8 man raider, cannon, blaster, sybarite with agoniser, pistol and plasma, Raider w/Horrorfex
8 man raider, cannon, blaster, sybarite with agoniser, pistol and plasma, Raider w/Horrorfex
8 man raider, cannon, blaster, sybarite with agoniser, pistol and plasma, Raider
Ravager with 3 dissies
Ravager with 3 lances

Boring, I know but his kind of redundancy will make the raider squads more efficient and lets you use them in pairs. The Dracon does stick out a little but he was worse with bikes and even a min/max raider squad is better than them. Personally, I think he is faster and more flexible now when he rides with a raider squad and still a nice close combat specialist.
As for the reduction of 2 warriors per squad I would think you will not miss those 2 splinter rifles in the squad as long as the raider squads are working together. You now have more warriors total in your list as well as another agoniser and a raider (and a blaster and a cannon). I always felt that it wasn’t the number of bodies you have in the fight but rather the number of agonisers you have that wins the fight.
My only other suggestion would have been using Wych Cult so I will spare you all that.
