Here it is, i did the best I could I think this should be able to anihilate any number of lightl-medium armored nid units like guants, geners and warriors. Be advised, this is an Anit swarm army, its main function is to gun down tons of weak units. It has the power to jump back and forth and crossfire as well as hit and run. I think its perfect, except I am not sure if I can put splinter cannons on raiders. Any comments are apreciated. (EXACTLY 1500)

Death Lord – Punisher, Combat Drugs, Shadow Field, Tormentor Helm
Haemonculus – Destructor, Scissorhand
8 Warriors – 2 Splinter Cannons
Raider – Screaming Jets

Dicapitator (((Against Biovores that are behind enemy lines)))

10 Warrior - Splinter Cannon, including Sybarite
Raider – Screaming Jets

If you're going with the Punisher, you should put the animus on your Lord.

And as far as I know, Raiders can't take splinter cannons. You might be better off spending the points on just more warriors on the ground with more splinter cannons, but if you insist on having them all mounted, disintigrators are good.

Personally, if you're fighting a horde list, I'd take some Talos'. Their gun and attacks are good for dealing with numbers and they should be pretty safe from anything that doesn't have rending.
Warriors on a raider can take sc I believe. Don't add the sybarite for no reason either. I would prefer the warriors on ground though, many of them. Getting rid of the raiders allows you to make tons of them.

Maybe 8 sc squads on ground?

You are also forgetting dark lances. If the enemy has a big unit you wouldn't be able to take it out.

2 ravagers, 1 talos.

Hq with warriors in raider. Accompanied by 2 haemonculus with flamers.

Decapitator with mandrakes. I personally wouldn't use. Just make more warriors :O!

I doubt you are actually using this army though.

All this is true, BUT this force is only against taking down swarms that lack mostrous creatures. As for lances, my raiders have them, the warriors have splinter cannons. The only reson this army is going to be used is to hop back and forth and harassing the enmy weak units that arent fast enough to catch the raiders with screamer since they can deepstrike. Basicly I made this army to piss off the oponet that plays swarm with no guns cause he wont be able to do anything against the speed of the gunships

I'd take the animus.

Useful against nids

Not bad as a shooty retinue.

I wouldn't bother

As these are all shooty DSing units I'd drop the sybarites and add blasters.

I wouldn't take the horrorfex, but would take a night shield.

I wouldn't take the scourges at all, they are far too vulnerable, swap them out for some wyches or even a mandrake squad, who can work very well as a one hit wonder against nid (10 str 3 ap 5 shots followed by 30 str 3 ws 4 attacks are scary for any form of gaunts)

I would suggest that target priority is essential take out anything that can shoot first then move on to the cc units, as they will be needing 6's to hit you and 6's to glance at best most will be virtually unable to hurt your vehicles, next target should be anything with rending. Use your lances to target monstrous creatures. Ignore spine gaunts as they are completely unable to hurt you. Kill these last.
