I usually use a balanced Infantry Armor list but my friends have sunk quite a few points into anti tank fire power over the last few games. In my two most recent games my tanks have played little more than fire magnets. I'm thinking that I can get a solid game out of an all infantry force loaded to the hilt with heavy weapons. Any suggestions would be good.

My usual opponents are Chaos, Blood Angels, and Orks.

You might want to drop the Heavy Weapons Platoon in favor of a special weapons platoon with a demo charge considering your opponents are CC based armies.

HQ:
Heroic Senior Officer w/Laspistol & CCW, Iron Discipline, Light Infantry
4 x Guardsman w/Lasgun, Light Infantry
2 x Fire Support Squad w/Heavy Bolters, Light Infantry, Sharpshooters
2 x Anti-tank Squad w/Lascanons, Light Infantry, Sharpshooters

I'm guessing you'll infiltrate you heavy weapons. I'd give the command squad a morter, drop the HSO for a JO and give him the HI.

Infantry Platoon
Command Squad w/JO Power Weapon & Laspistol, Iron Discipline
4 x guardsman w/Laspistol & CCW
3 x Infantry Squad w/Plasma Gun

Iron Discipline is good, but drop the power weapon. Your JO is there for leadership, not to fight. Your line squads need heavy weapons, maybe a missle launcher? I'd also give your command squad a heavy weapon or some special weapons.

Infantry Platoon
Command Squad w/JO Power Weapon & Laspistol, Iron Discipline
4 x guardsman w/Laspistol & CCW
3 x Infantry Squad w/Plasma Gun

Same as the other platoon

Heavy Support:
Heavy Weapon Platoon
Command Squad JO w/Honorifica Imperialis, Iron Discipline, Laspistol and CCW, Light Infantry
4 x Guardsman w/Lasgun, Light Infantry
2 x Anti-Tank Squad w/Missile Launchers, Light Infantry, Sharpshooters
Fire Support Squad w/Auto Canons, Light Infantry, Sharpshooters

Drop this altogether and make the aforementioned changes to your line squads.

A JO with a power weapon won't do much against those armies. Consider rough riders or ally some Grey Knights, etc. Also consider a basilisk out of sight. Lastly, I'd infiltrate those attached heavy weapon squads and one command squad to add an LD bubble.

Infantry squads should get filled up with heave weapons before you start making heavy weapon squads. You could scrap the entire heavy weapons platoon by putting those weapons in your infantry sqauds and command squads. That would save you over 200 points. You could give everyone chameleoline and still have points left over.
