Ok, this is what I've come up with for a basic list. I'm open to any comments. And yes, I know about the Fire Prism, but it's the only vehicle I have right now (which means I can't add Falcons or Wave Serpents either... :(

First off; when you post units, post them witht he unit they are gonna be with. For example, in your list you posted the warlock that's going with your Wraithguard in the HQ section. Next time post him with the wraithguard unit. Now to the list:

80 - Avatar
113 - Farseer
w/ Guide, Mind War
w/ Ghost Helm, Runes of Witnessing, Shining Spear
49 - Warlock (attached to the Wraithguard)

I'd only keep Avatar if your playing on a small board or the army is an offensive army. Otherwise, he'll never get into combat. For the Shining Spear, im guessing you meant Singing Spear.

For your Farseer, he has more gear then he needs. Take off all his wargear and give him Guide and cast it on your Fire Prism. Usually I would say take it out, but sense its all you have its your only choice, so untill you have enough money to get someting else use the Farseer to Guide it.

Another option for the Farseer would be to give him fortune and put him with the Wraithguard or Wraithlord.

Neither your Fire Dragons or Howling Banshees have any way of transportation. I'd take out both of them and replace them with scorps w/grenades and exarch with stealth and scorpions claw.

The rangers are fine. I'd put them in 2 squds of 3 and 1 squad of 4. Infiltrate them into cover when possible.

Im not sure if a Wraithlord counts as a troop choice in a Iyanden list but if they do then your list is still legal. If not you need another squad of 5 Wraithguard. This is a really low amount of Wraithguard to be considered a Iyanden list so if you wanted, you could replace the firedragons and banshee's with wraithguard instead of scorps but the choice is up to you.

Your Fire Prism has way to many upgrades. take all its upgrades off exept for maybe Crystal Targeting Matrix. Use these points to beaf up that unit of 5 Wraithguard.

Take only Crack Shot or Fast shot. Don't take both; you can only use one per turn so when using one your wasting the points spent on the other one.

Remember that these are just suggestions; you don't have to do them if you don't want to.

Your army lacks mobility and size. Powerful as it may be you may find yourself in a bit of a pinch say against Dark eldar raider army.

The avatar is fine, though you may eventually find him abit slow going. Replacing for something else may be a future plan to take, but currently its a very scary thing in your army combined with the majority of fire you can throw out from the rest of the army

The farseer I think is over tooled:
-Ghosthelm? may come useful in odd occasions but majourity of the time it's only eating up points, as little as it may be though lol, not too much of a biggie here.
-Mind War: This has never done me any good. In my years of playing I must of only killed an officer with it twice.
-Guide: If you intend to use this seriously the singing spears won't be of much use.

I would concentrate on a single aspect for the powers, Guiiding something like reapers will ensure you never get to throw in mindwar or the singin spear. Of course if you choose to advance along with guide there isnt really anything overly effective you can guide.

Fotune and Banshees has been a common theme with the farseer quiped with a witchblade and pistol. Just an idea for you to consider.

Interesting mix and match. I think your aspect units arn't strong enough as their numbers may be abit too small. Your rangers may be a good choice to take but in the end they may not give you back their cost in points (but good for taking down big beatsies). I think you should increase those aspect sizes and lower the ranger unit (maybe even take it out completely, but I think it's still a nice add to the army to keep some, try two small squds for multiple pinning advantages). that way killing power is certain.

Acrobat and Tank hunter Exarch powers arn't needed. Points are better spent on more troops.

Not much to say about these. Other than the unit maybe abit too small. Extremly fragile to any sort of heavy weapon due to numbers.

185 - Fire Prism

Fire prism missing half the time will mean the main weapon is only effective half the time. If you knock this out you can seriouly bulk out your army with the numbers it needs. Your crystal matrix and farseer guide combo is nice but in the end it's too many points paid for such a small effect on the overall battle, especially since you've dedicated yourself to upgrades and wargear.

Crack shot isn't really required unless you're planning on hunting space marines with your rocket laucnher on krak. Fast shot alone should suffice.

D cannon is a good choice, alone it may be lacking, either bulk it out making use of the barrage or take it out of the list to afford more troops would be my advice.

General:
-Bulk out the army some more as currently your entire army is vulnurable to taking casulties of any kind.
-Add in some faster units, warp spiders, vipers, swooping hawks for example.
-Some of your units maybe over tooled, may be an idea to tone down in effort to contibute more points to numbers.
-Consider Making one small squad or rangers to afford more troops OR split the squad up into smaller units to afford multiple pinning advantages.

Probably follow the comments from others. all I can say to your list, your army lacks specialization on a certain force. It seems like a mix up of whatever models is availible, which makes this list rather... inneffective.

Seems as if your forcing points to meet the requirements. (Especially fielding low WG count..)

I'd say scrap fireprizm.. and d cannon, they are really out of place.

Take out the upgrades and exarch and turn him normal... I'd get a falcon instead of fire prism..

to me fire dragons and banshees either mount them.. or dont take them..

rangers.. unless you really love pinning only one unit a turn.. and not expecting to kill... these guys are not worth it in your army composition.

My suggestions, rework with your list, and re think about your priorities and specialities. Think of your main force and whats really going to really provide what power to your overall force.
