Take all the bright lances down to shuriken cannons, drop the runes of witnessing, and drop a fire prism. That would give you points for a serpent (w/ shuricannons and spirit stones) and 8 fire dragons.
The farseers and the fire prisms are other areas you could cut back. If you dropped a farseer and the remaining prisms, you would have enough for a jetbike council, which would also be effective anti-tank. Or, if you want to go the troops route, you could fit in another DA serpent or a storm guardian serpent fairly easily.
