Awesome list, only thing I reccomend is a night shield for your ravager making it extremely hard to kill. Also you might want to exchange some lances for splinter cannons because you have plenty of anti tank already, also the haemonculus is not needed I would take a succubuses with agonisers for your bikes. Good Luck.
If you will take the hamonculus, you cant give him splinter pistol, he is restricted to hamonculus only weapons. I am not sure about the rack on him but I dont think he can take it. Check the codex
Hmmm...

The Haemy cannot take a splinter pistol, only way he can get one is buying a tormentor helm but I really see no reason to take one. Denying the Haemy his destructor weapon is almost criminal. If you dont want a Haemy for his destructor then I dont see a reason in this list - the only other reason to take a Haemy is to set the web way portal. The trophy rack is fine - it is wargear. But for squad leaders, sybarites and succubusses are better than Haemy's. I take it that there is only 9 on each raider total and the dracon and haemy join them.

I agree with Wraithgaurdian about the bikes. I would say make one big squad of say 7. 3 of them are regular bikes, 2 have blasters, 1 is a succubus with power weapon and t-helm and perhaps put the Haemy here with his destructor which makes 7 total.

Unless your idea was to get as many blasters as possible and run these squads to pop tanks I am not sure why the fourth bike since you can run 2 squads of 3 - no biggie.

Just personal opinions, the list is pretty good and I like it.

Shoot, I forgot about the Splinter Pistol. Thanks for the feedback, all. If I drop that I should be able to put a Horrorfex on the last Raider. If there's one thing I've learned from playing Warhammer 40K, it's that you can never have too much anti-tank weaponry so while I do have a lot of Dark Lances, there is always the chance that they'll miss. There will always be a Land Raider to bust, always a Carnifex to kill, always a Daemon Prince to drop and for that I need lots of heavy weaponry. The beauty of Blasters is that even if I am not in range to hit any tanks with them, they are still a great weapon against heavy infantry like Space Marines as they can punch through Terminator Armour with ease. I see this list as being flexible and able to execute a bunch of different tactics as well as being able to lay down quite a bit of firepower. As for the Haemonculus, he's in there because he's cool and because he's more than capable of making back his points if sent against something like a Wraithlord or Carnifex. If I had more points, I'd give him combat drugs. As it is, I have a Sybarite in each Raider Squad with an Agoniser so combined with the Haemonculus/Dracon they should be able to slice through important enemy squads on the charge (I managed to take out a BT Command Squad with a tooled up Marshal on the charge once).

Then, there are the Wyches. They're just evil.
