Army based on models i have at present (list of additional models i have follows)...

HQ:
BC, psycannon, sacred incense (do fight Chaos alot)
4 x GKT, psycannon

TROOPS:
7 x GK, incinerator
7 x GK, incinerator

Imperial Guard:
Command Squad:
Jnr Office w plasma pistol
2 x melta guns
1 x auto cannon
Platoons:
2 x platoons, w plasma gun & Lascannon each

ELITES:
BC, psycannon
3 x GKT, psycannon

HEAVY:
2 x Dreadnoughts:
1 x TLLC & ML, smoke, extra armour, blessing
1 x CCW & Assault Cannon, smoke, extra armour

I know the second unit of Terminators is a bit over the top, but i dont have more Vanilla GK's, which would be ideal?

I do have loads more Imperial Guard, Inquisitors, Plasma Cannon & Multi-melta Servitors, Vinidcare Assasin, Sages, etc. Also have 1 x Land Raider

My arch-nemisis usually plays Tyranids, Chaos (Nurgle), or Necrons

Good, Might want to loose the Sacred Insence, but its your choice (I prefer to keep my 'knights as vanilla as possible)

Loose the Incerators and make the squad size at lease 8

Im not overly confident about these guys, though I would keep them as along ranged as humanly possible (Lascannons all the way >.>) Though again I dont like Guard so i would drop them in favour in IST

Hmmmmmm, if you can get another Termy in here then maybe but otherwise loose for more PAGK / FAGK

HEAVY:

Make both Dreads either Assault Cannon & CCW OR TWLC & ML, dont mix and match, having both doing the same job means they have a better chance of getting that job done ESPECIALLY since there the only vehicals on the board for you atm

Well the options I see to make this an effective list are this:::


Loose the Elite Termy Choice and replace them for a Landraider for your Brother-Captain HQ

Loose the CC Dread and replace for a TWLC ML Dread

Possible loose the Guard squad (though entirly your choice) and try to get in 2 swuads of IST - at least this way you can make your PAGK into FAGK

I can maybe make 1 x unit IST and 1 x IG Iron Fist?

Land Raider is an option.

I am waiting on the components to make the 2nd Dread a TLLC / ML combo too.
