Not bad, but for the runesmith I would drop the rune weapon and give him a Rune of Breaking. If you come up against a magic heavy army, the MR is good but it won't auto stop a spell. Give the runesmith a great weapon, he's tough enough to handle going last.

Don't put all your characters in one unit. I know it's tempting, but don't, that's about 500 or so pts down the drain if you panic or break. Stick the BSB in one of the other warrior units, also drop the crossbowmen to about 16 with Standard & Musician. This still gives you some good missile fire, but when it comes to combat they can reform and you'll have a unit with 4 across and 4 deep (CR of +3), Standard (+1 CR) and then musician to break ties and +1 Ld to rally. They also have a 4+ Sv, but by dropping the vet and a few troops you can free up some points for something else. I would give the BSB a rune of Battle or Sanctuary for that better protection.

I've not checked the pts of my changes but they could make the army stand a little better, other than that nothing do change. Go and give 'em hell.

What do you think?
The Runesmith's guard were given GWs to match him and give that unit some hard-hitting power in case I find im up against big monsters that my BTs haven't managed to deal with.
Bolt throwers are to deal with anything big, nasty and/or (especially) flammable - especially including chariots (main reason for +1S)
