2 HQ's.. My personal advice, stick to one in`1500 battles. That will offer you enough points to grow your steady army core.
Don't go plasma on IC's, far too expansive and offers the chance of loosing more wounds before he gets into CCB
Your epistolary is too expansive.. drop veil or fear.

Max out squads that go into ccb. Veterans gains the ability to get 2 special ccb weapons, my personal choice: Pair of LC's and a power weapon. Use them I advice you.
Also, go for 2x plasma, they are cheap for the assault squad. My personal opinion of assault squads is using a power weapon above a power fist. The I is the main factor.

Not quite strong. I guess you're using them as stationary pinning batteries.
I recommend you to go for normal marine squads fitted (las, plas, 7 men + serg pf) and 1 squad of scouts with sr's and a ml. You're not using termies, so an infiltrating squad of scouts with bp/ccw and homer + serg pf isn't needed anyways.

Stick with the LST with AC and hb, they are fast and weak armoured, the ac and hb are the best options and also the cheapest.

Choose 1 weapon. ml's or lascannons, but don't mix them
Also, a 6 men squad isn't that strong. Make them 8 men and go for 4x ml with tank hunter
The ww is good

Cut the plasma pistol from the Reclusiarch, and cut the librarian entirely.

Veteran squads are usually too expensive, but if you take one, add more power weapons.

Assault squad is fine, Power weapons are retarded on Vet Sergs.

Use the points from the librarian and the vet squad (I think you should cut it) to bring more tac marines, your body count is really low.

Play both LST's w/ Assault Cannon, its the best weapon in the GAME.

Pick 1 weapon for the devs (probably ML) and make the squad 8 guys at least

The whirlwind isnt very good against SM/CSM, but its okay against the others.
