They are both really similar and i cant decide which one i should use. so any opinions would be good and also any suggestions about making either of these lists better.

I think the first would serve you better. Eldrad AND an Avatar in a 1500 point game is pretty risky as they both cost quite a bit per model.

The extra troop squad in the first list should help you secure more objectives.
