Looks really good. My preferences would be to

replace one squad of guardians with 10 dire avengers without any exarch etc I would recomend doing this with all squads but you need to keep the wraithlords on the job.

Add a few more bodies to footslogging harlequins or even merge them into one unit of 10.

Spiders should take withdraw before deepstrike. With those jump packs you can get anywhere you want on the battlefield by the end of your second movement phase. deepstrikers may not arrive until turn 3 or 4 and risk scatter and plasma cannons upon their arrival. 8 man units would be better if you were to merge the harlequins for points savings.

Like I said these are only my preferences.
