Looks good.

Terminator Squad (205)

2 Assault cannons would be an excellent investment, especially since BT are anti-ork anyway. If you got the plastic terminator boxed set, you can take the heavy flamer, cut off the nozzle, and green-stuff 6 metal rods together to make a second assault cannon. If you have a really small rubber band, like the type for kids' braces, you could put it around the barrels to look more realistic. Assault cannons are incredibly powerful, able to take out hoardes, vehicles, and heavy troops.

Dreadnought (166)
ML & TL LC, Venerable, Tank Hunters, Searchlight
If you can, try to give this extra armour. That way, you can be stunned, yet still assault. For a measly 5 points, it's well worth it and has saved my dread's lives on countless occasions. Not to mention, if something manages to stun your dreadnought, you're probably goign to want to move it away, so your shooty dread will be safe until it can shoot again.

3x Scout Squad (140 ea)
Sergeant w/ pf & bp, Preferred Enemy Orcs
7 Scouts w/ ccw & bp, Preferred Enemy Orcs

Scout Squad (145)

Good. See if you can fit in the points to give all of them a telehomer. That way, you have a backup plan in case a squad gets wiped out - another squad to take it's place!

2 Attack Bikes w/ MM, Preferred Enemy Orcs (132)
2 Land Speeder Tornados (160)
You might consider making the attack bikes have heavy bolters. The points can be used to get the terminators some assault cannons.

Vindicator w/ dozer blade, PotMS, searchlight (161)
Predator Annihilator w/ Tw LC, LC sponsons, searchlight (146)
One problem here. Since you're entering a tournament with this, your opponents will deploy out of LOS of the pred annihilator, and keep out of it's LOS, forcing you to move it to shoot anything worth shooting with the lascannon/s. If you have heavy bolter sponsons, you can move your pred and still shoot all weapons. The heavy bolters are also better agisnt armies like orks. They won't be better at shooting tanks, but you're better off with weak weapons that can shoot than strong weapons that can't.

If I re-wrote your list, I would make it something like this:

HQ
Reclusiarch, bolt pistol, terminator honours, preferred enemy orks, 102 pts
Command squad x9, 8x BP and CCW, veteren sergeant w/ powerfist, drop pod, preferred enemy: Orks, 204 pts

ELITES
Terminator squad x5, 2x assault cannons, preferred enemy orks, 245 pts

TROOPS
Scout squad x8, veteren sergeant w/ powerfist + telehomer, preferred enemy Orks, 147 pts
Scout squad x8, veteren sergeant w/ powerfist + telehomer, preferred enemy Orks, 147 pts
Scout squad x8, veteren sergeant w/ powerfist + telehomer, preferred enemy Orks, 147 pts
Scout squad x8, veteren sergeant w/ powerfist + telehomer, preferred enemy Orks, 147 pts

FAST ATTACK
Attack bike squadron x2, heavy bolters, preferred enemy Orks, 132 pts
Land Speeder tornado squadron x2, assault cannons, 160 pts

HEAVY SUPPORT
Vindicator, PotMS, Dozer blade, 160 pts
Predator Annihilator, HB sponsons, extra armour, 135 pts

ARMY TOTAL: 1726 pts

Ok, that's wierd, it only comes to 1726... Well, that means you have an extra 124 pts to spend.

Cheers,
