For an 1850 point battle, your model count is a little low. That's probably because you have over a third of your points invested in the Land Raider and occupants. Also, you lack virtually any ranged tank busting.

Lucius: Good. He's a lot of fun and also rather competitive.

Noise Marines: Their cost tallies up at 210 ( not 200 ). They should serve you well, although your army has a general lack of high strength close combat attacks, which will inevitably be a problem against walkers and monstrous creatures.

Rhinos: You've nearly doubled the base cost of the rhino and given it virtually no added protection. Extra armor isn't very usable for chaos; we tend to leave it with the Emperor. For one thing, it's far too expensive, and anything we'd like to upgrade with it is generally better of with daemonic possession *glances over at your Land Raider and nods*. Overall, it's typically better just to keep the rhino upgrades minimal. If they get anything at all, then it should be a combi-melta, so that you can bust enemy armor as you approach. Plus, even veteran players often overlook a combi-melta on a rhino, because they're focused on other things. This means that you can sometimes get away with driving an empty rhino directly up to enemy preds and dreads and having your merry way with them.

Terminators: Overkill, by a long shot. Plus, you can only house 5 termis in a Land Raider. Consider swapping a claw on each model with a combi-plasma. It ends up yielding better results, unless you're engaged for extended skirmishes (which termis shouldn't, since they are close combat specialists). Also, the combi-plasma allows you to better manage high init models, such as Stealers and Harlis.

Preds: Not bad. Although, I wonder why you're not taking las-sponsons, since you're army is weak on ranged tank busting.
