okay you should drop the shield gen on your shas'el.you should make your crisis either plasma,missile pod multi or plasma,fusion multi.burning eye is not the most effective(not close)and make your ionhead a railhead
lol even agaisnt marines and necrons the railhead is better than ionhead,especially agaisnt necrons cause he will be keeping his warriors close to each other so pie plates will as much if not more than the ionhead.plz take the railhead
