Ok, general gist of the list is to put the Sorceress in the larger warrior unit, Noble with Knights and Highborn on his own. Advance with the Hydra and warriors, whilst blasting the enemy with Crossbows, Breath attacks from Hydra and Dragon and Bolt fire. Flank with the Riders and Knights, whilst Highborn charges/takes the brunt.

Nice setup but perhaps a little heavy on numbers? It's not really that great to spend all those points on 4 knights just to get 1 more point of combat res. You should make more than enough in kills.
