Hey my friend wanted me to post a list for him, so here it is. He kinda has a one track mind. Any feedback would be great, maybe he will listen to you guys.

HQ = Master = 86 points
- bolt pistol, combat shield, ccw

Elites 1+2+3 = 6 veterans = 208 points ( 624 )
- sergeant w/ powerfist
- all have bolt pistol, ccw, furious charge
- razorback

Troops 1+2+3+4+5+6 = 6 marines = 215 points ( 1290 )
- sergeant w/ powerfist
- 1 w/ lascannon
- 1 w/ plasma gun
- razorback

Total = 2000

It seems like the master is intent on being sniped by some heavy weapons gunner as he cannot join the squads also the six man squads of veterns are all going to get pwnd in about three seconds with just a couple casualties they are an innefective combat unit. The master needs terminator honors and a power weapon and frags. maybe make the veterns ten strong with more weapons upgrades, and infiltrate instead of furious charge.

Well... first I wonder if he already has all the models for this? Yes veteran squads can get shot up pretty bad but in a list like this there are a lot of targets to be shoot at so it might work. If he is set for this list I would at least turn one veteran squad into a 5 man command squad which you would attach to the Master, and they can all ride in a razorback. The Master and command squad can all have furious charge and there should be enough points left to give the commander a power weapon keeping the list at the same point value it currently is. I really like mechanized lists so I think this could be fun, although I'm more a fan of rhinos... and land raiders.... and drop pods... but all those mobile twin linked lascannons could make some people sweat.

There are no TLLC they are all TLHB so his anti tank is all in the TAC squads

this list confuses me mostly with why he has power fists and lascannons in his tac squads. one or thhe other not both. that's my main concern that hasnt been touched on

Personaly, I would take cleanse and purify and swap all the las cannons in the tac squads for special weapons. I would run at least 3 of the tactical squads with two melta guns to help with anti tank.. maybe more... and then the rest with dual plasma. It wont change the point cost of the list either.

- rhino w/ smoke, extra armor

Elites 1+2+3 = 6 veterans = 203 (609)
- tank hunters
- 1 w/ lascannon
- 1 w/ plasma gun
- razorback

Troops 1+2+3+4+5+6 = 6 marines = 185 (1110)
- 1 w/ lascannon
- 1 w/ plasma gun
- razorback
