Just a couple nit-picky things from me regarding your list.

1) 4 klaws on the Dread may seem nasty on paper, but I think you'll find that the big metal beastie will rarely see close combat, since he moves as slowly as your infantry and he can't Waaagh either. Drop one (or both!) klaws in favor of shooting weapons and you'll get lots more mileage out of the thing. Also, it's one of the few slow units in your whole army, which means that it'll be even more likely to become isolated and picked off by enemy fire before it gets anywhere useful.

2) While Flash Gitz look like a good buy because of their MEQ-killing power, consider the price of the unit vs. its actual utility. You could get 25+ Lootas for the amount of points you spent on 8 Flash Gitz, and if you want to talk about firepower, Lootas are nothing to scoff at! Plus, they have the range to start shooting at stuff from the 1st turn, increasing their efficiency over Flash Gitz.

3) While the KFF is a nice upgrade for the Big Mek, the fact that you're mostly mechanized makes it less useful. Consider a SAG instead, and put him with the Flash Gitz (or Lootas as I've suggested above).

4)While buzzsaws on Deathkoptas are tempting, they are also expensive. Consider using this unit as a tank-hunting element, and equip them with rokkits instead of the buzzsaws. Alternatively, you could drop them all together for a unit of bikes or stormboyz, which are more numerous and do basically the same job.

I hope some of these suggestions help you to fine-tune your list, they are by no means necessary to create a competitive list. They're just ideas that you might not have thought of before. Good luck with the list and the tournament!
