Relatively cheap and effective combo. You might want to consider Twin-Linked Devourers in place of the VC/BS combo (enemies in psychic scream range are also in decimate-and-force-morale-test range for those weapons), however for vehicle-killing power (and provided you've got assault troops to take advantage of the lower enemy leadership), your Hive Tyrants are perfect and effective (and a nuisance to anything trying to assault them).mente enjambre said:
You might consider giving them Flesh Hooks, and I'd definitely put serious thought into Toxin Sacks for the S5 Barbed Strangler and S8 Venom Cannon.
The Elite Carnifex is perfect, enough dakka to be a big enough threat to draw fire.mente enjambre said:
Your warriors, though... consider paying the points to get them leaping. CC Warriors like you've built them need the extra speed and charge distance. If you're using warriors for CC, leaping is really worth the investment.
Spinegaunts and Termagants look fine to me. I tend to favor brood sizes of 14-20 for them, and you've got that covered pretty well.mente enjambre said:
Implant Attack on Genestealers, though... ick. Save your points... Genestealers don't need Implant Attack, and there really aren't enough multi-wound models to use it on. Your CC warriors can handle Wraithlords / Command Units just fine... drop Implant Attack and either get some extra genestealers, or use the points to get those Warrior broods leaping.
I'm personally not a fan of Warp Blast on Zoanthropes. They're not quick enough to get close to tanks, and on the off chance you find yourself in range, the chances of them hitting an enemy tank is only 50%. Consider synapse/psychic scream for extra synapse creatures (more synapse = good, after all, you really never can have too much).mente enjambre said:
Your Carnifexes are perfect, annoyance and firepower. However... consider dropping Bonded Exoskeleton, the increased toughness may make them immune to short-range troop weapons, but if you're using them right, they should be well out of range (and therefore immune anyway), and only rarely makes a difference against Lascannons and other "MC Hunter" weapons.
If you still find yourself short on points, consider boosting the size of that Genestealer squad, definitely get those Warriors leaping, and seriously consider getting your Tyrants some Toxin Sacks. You might also consider fielding a "disruptor" brood of Gargoyles, Raveners, a Lictor, or Spore Mines to throw the proverbial wrench in an enemy plan.
