Giant sounds a-ok to me, Chaos Dwarfs are all about the slaves.

I think the Chaos Dwarf Hero needs a refix, as far as I know you can't have magic armour AND a magic shield, just one or the other. Just keep the armour and give him a GW, cheap and really effective.

Hobgoblins should be naked, ten really isn't much even with the saves.

I think everything else is in order, but I'm tired. :act-up:

You can't have two War Banners, only one unit will get it. You can't take two magic items of the same "slot" (armor, weapon, enchanted) on a single character...except for specific arcane items. Therefore enchanted shield and magic armour can't be taken together.

Also, why do you need 6 dispel scrolls?
