It looks preety good nice to see lots of skinks! However I think you should consider dropping one unit of kroxigors and beffing up the Oldblood a bit more or maybe adding a couple salamanders. Also you might want to increse the skink unit sizes to 13 so that they can take 1 more causlyty before losing 25% of the unit. Also think about the cube of darkness and mark of the old ones combo. with it you almost have a definite chance of shutting down your opponents magic phase.
A fine list, don't worry about that. But indeed I would, as Quatzemelan suggested, beef up the Oldblood. You're already paying a load of points. A couple more to make him really work good isn't going to hurt you.

Finally, I don't know what you're playing against but if you expect opponents toting cannons and other things of S6+, allowing no save and doing D3+ wounds, I'd definitely get the Aura of Quetzl instead of the Glyph Necklace.
