ok thats what i have so far, i need help making this a better army, the only things I would consider with an AV are Landspeeders and if I can avoid them it would be prefered

Pretty good list but I have a few ideas

I recommend you change the master to a chaplain with a jump pack because he will give your assault squad a re-roll to hit on the turn that they charge and make them fearless. (Cheaper too)

If you want a bit more Anti vehicle i would recommend swapping one of the missile launcher squads for two tactical squads of 5 men with a lascannon in each

Personally, I like to use small tactical squads with 1 heavy weapon each, low points allow you to get more specialized assault units, like veterans, assault terminators, or another assault squad. I think those powerfists in the tactical squads would work better on the bike squads.
