-So my friend and i decided to play a 3000 point game, where we had to fill every force org slot.
-he is playing iron warriors, which i thought would be like shooty marines, so i made this list
-also my first list with the new codex, so i tried out some new things
-the dire avengers go in the falcons.

-guradian jetbikes are really just a thematic way to fill slots

-obviously will mostly have to be proxied:|

put vectored engines on transports for assault troops, giv ehte exarchs stalker

by dropping the illegal harley serpent you can bump these up to squads of 10, far more efficient

HQ: Use Doom instead. You will need a unit to hide in that isnt in a transport. 10 man DA unit footslogging?

Harleys: Shadowseer will have to protect them as they fleet slog.

Scorpions: You could easily buy the infiltrate power and free up the transports for avengers. Sqapping them for 10 banshees could make better use of the Doom psycic power. Then you sefinatly need VE on the transports.

Avengers: could be mechanised by moving the 3 serpents here. Small squads don't make use of bladestorm very efficiently. Drop it or upgrade the squads to 10.

Jetbikes: Cut a few of these if you need points. Embolden warlocks with spears are also fun to add and give a mobile anti tanke capability.

Spears: Need to be in squads of 5. Adding an exarch with hit and run can give them a second chance if things go poorly.

Falcons: Perfect.

-the farseers are supposed to fortune the scorpions, giving them ridiculous saves. Can they not ride in the transports?

-looks like harlequines can't ride in transports, i'll probably replace them with 10 banshees with executioner, warshout, exarch, in an identical serpent

-i will cut each jet bike squad down to 3

-with those points i should be able to buy an exarch with withdraw per spear squad, and maybe vectored engines for the scorpion wave serpents

-If i put the avengers above six, they wont fit in the falcons, and footslogging would rather ruin the theme.

Farseers can ride in the transports but I am unsure if they can cast Fortune on the turn they disembark. You can't cast whilst inside the wave serpent. If the rules say you must cast it at the beginning of the turn then you're stumped. If you can cast it in the shooting phase you're fine.
