I do hope the Chaos Gods shine upon thee on this glorious morning.

I'm looking for comments on a general army list, used for standard gaming, usually against SMurfs and Gaydar...

5 CSMs + 1 Plasma Gun

10 KBs + 2 Plasma Pistols & Rhino

HEAVY SUPPORT

Chaos Havocs - 165 points
5 CHs + 2 Missile Launchers, 1 Heavy Bolter & 1 Lascannon

Get rid of the plasma pistol, the amount of times i've seen it blown up and that being critical in games.

overall it looks quite a good list however i'm not that experianced with chaos as i'm only starting them as a painting challenge! :act-up:

Very bland, I think for the points a DP would go farther, Also the plasma pistol is a bit of a waist, since you can only fire one gun per turn. I would recommend giving him a more aggressive weapon though if you want to keep him

I would condence the two CSM squads into one squad to make it more suvivable. Also give it a champ with a power something, and a rhino. same for the zerker squad. BTW flamers are a much cheaper alternative to plasma and given the small points value you probably won't come up against anything you reall need plasma for.

This is fine, and I like the utility of the squad.

Overall I think you've got a good start that just needs a little refining.
