Drop 2 men from the devastator squad and 2 men from the dev squad. Use 30 of the saved points to give the command squad a veteren sergeant with a powerfist, and use the other 30 to give the squad a drop pod. Drop meltabombs and the storm bolter to a BP, and replace SotEW to FotD.

I'm not too experienced with Librarians, but this seems good.

I'm also not a big fan of Command Squads. I would suggest Replacing your Librarian with a Chaplain attached to an Assualt Squad. That's what I use. But I would try and steer clear of Command Squads IMO.

I would say increase the numbers here, to 8 at least. And try to only use Hvy Weapons that work well together (Hvy Bolter good against infantry, Plasma Gun good against Light Vehicles, bigger creatures, etc.) You could try using traits and have Cleanse and Purify for 2 Plasma weapons in your squads.

I would drop 2 marines here to make it an 8man squad with 4ML, free up some points to use towards your bigger Tac Squads. 10 is just too many, but 6 is not enough, so 8 works nicely.

Other than my suggestions, the list looks pretty good. I would say increase the point value to 800 maybe or drop your command squad for a 3rd Tac squad to free up points. Maybe have less marines in the Command Squad to free up some points but still have it for you Librarian to link up with. Good luck!

I think it's a solid list. I personally would rather have more than 4 units in an army of that size, but I don't think there's anything wrong with the makeup of the units themselves. Seems like good firepower to compensate for lack of mobility. Might hurt you in "capture" missions, though.

I vote for the combat shield and familiar instead of the artificer armor on the Librarian.

Good Luck in the Conflict. Wish there was something like that around here....
