I think it's a solid list. I personally would rather have more than 4 units in an army of that size, but I don't think there's anything wrong with the makeup of the units themselves. Seems like good firepower to compensate for lack of mobility. Might hurt you in "capture" missions, though.

I vote for the combat shield and familiar instead of the artificer armor on the Librarian.
