I would try to stick some heavy weapons in those infantry squads. But not in the conscript ones, use them as a screen. Apart from that, nice list (100 conscripts!:w00t: ).
Lets see:

Not a big fan of Anti Tank squads, but I can see that your list is aimed towards mobility so I guess I can let that one slide. Normally Lascannons should only be in Infantry Squads to protect them.

The Commissar's would really be much better with some good weaponry like maybe a Powerfist, so that something silly like a Sentinel won't tie the whole squad up for a whole game.

I'm not really sure what you have in your HQ command squad, so maybe you could expand that for us? Is it a HSO, SO, Standard, Vox, Medic? Anything but the single mortar?

Lastly, give the conscripts some assault weapons. I personally like flamers since they don't need to roll to hit, but it's your choice.

It needs a few tweaks, but overall I really like that army list.

errr Power fists for commisars? are you mad that would imply that they will ever get into bace to bace with the enemy. They go with the conscripts do you have any idea how efectivly 50 conscripts can hide someone. And i think giving them flames would be a bit dangerous i mean you cant hurt anyone with a lasgun but a flamer could be dangerious I even took all the baonets off there guns so they could not poke eachotheres eyes out. I should mention this is not a list of idle fancy, it is all painted and waiting for a tournament tomorow. (I dont recomend painting an army this large i went a bit nuts when painting the conscripts.)
Do YOU have any idea how easy it is to tie up 50 conscripts that don't have anything higher than ST 3 tagging along with them? I'll toss a sentinel at them, and POOF, problem solved.... for the rest of the game, cause they can't hurt it and since you can't move past your own models bases, welllll, aint nothing getting to that sentinel for a while.

Besides, if you didn't want comments, then why the hell did you post the list? :rolleyes:
it might be easy maby not but I'v been playing this army or one like it for 2 years and have never been charged by a sentinel or a killer kan or any thing that a man with strength 6 could deal with that 50 conscripts could not. Or for that matter anything at all that it was remotly worth putting leadership 10 at risk to kill. The line between what a conscript cant kill and what a gard with a powerfist can kill is WAY to narow it is nowhere near worth paying 20 points to stop such a tiny chance.
and the reason i posted this list was my frend wanted to see what you idiots would say was wrong with it. he thaught it would be funny. And i must say the idea of giving powerfists to commisars is halariously stupid.
