Hmm... I think I clicked the wrong place.... damn board-eraser wielding midgets. But yeah, file it, green stuff it, and maybe pin it (if the parts aren't plastic, I can't remember).
Get yourself a lighter and heat the plastic for a few seconds. If you do it too much you'll poison yourself, so be careful. When it's ever so slightly warm it should bend.

I found mine fitted when i clipped it down a little and greenstuffed the gaps. Then again, you could always just sculpt your own - not as if it's a complex piece.
