my advice is to take the shield gens off of your Shas'el and replace them with multi-trackers (15 pts less and still useful). use their IC status to protect them and get into cover. you usually won't need them if you follow those lines.

if i were to take anything off it would be (in this order):
-the 8-man fire warrior squad
-one broadside
-one shas'el
you have enough of these to take them out (the shas'el at a stretch if there was somthing you really needed in there).

P.S; it doesn't really matter, there is a new codex in a month anyway
