Hey, now I may sound stupid and this is probally a stupid question, but how do you make a signature and avatar?

Can somebody please help me?

BTW (by the way), I didn't know if I posted this in the right section so im sry if I shoudl've posted it somewhere else.

I think you posted in the right section. You go to the User CP. You will see a column on the left side. It will have the things you want, namely, "Edit Signature" and "Edit Avatar".
