I would take off Mindwar and Spirit Stones and Singing Spear and put these with the Dark Reapers or take off Guide and add a Jetbike and have him do hit and run, using the mind war against troops and singing spear against armoured vehicles.

Change the Bright Lance to a Starcannon. With the Brightlance and the low BS skill it will miss all the time, so a multi shot weapon is better.

Warp Spiders (6)
Howling Banshees (6) - - Transported in Falcon
* Incl. Exarch with Executioner
Fire Dragons (6)
Dark Reapers (3)

Take out the Dark Reapers and beaf up those Warp Spiders.

Put the Fire Dragons in the Falcon instead of the Banshees and get the Banshees a Wave Serpant. When working up to 1500 points a squad of scorps with exarch and stealth and scorps claw would be good.

I usually don't use these but if he wants it can work well.

Wraithlord (1)
* Starcannon

Give this Brightlance because you need more anti tank and the Wraithlord has a good BS.

Well, if he's gonna use the Farseer to Guide the Dark Reapers, drop everything it has exept Guide. Sense he'll probally be 36-48 in. away from the enemy singing spear and mind war are useless.
