First off, it's illegal to post points for upgrade costs, you can only post total costs for units. Change that ASAP or else you'll get burned by a mod.

This squad should be hiding to use it's superior leadership. A commissar here wouldn't go down bad either.
Try applying some of what I said for the other infatry squads to the remaining ones, I'm too weary at the moment to comment on the rest.
Also grenadiers like these need chimeras to be effective, and for chimeras to survive they need Leman russes to draw fire.

Very messed up squad, once again you're mixing and matching. Popular and cost effective combo is x3 plasma guns and x1 lascannon in a ten man squad, suggest you go for that as you've already got the two plasma guns. What you've got there has tried to make itself so versatile that it starts pulling its punches.
Just get rid of that, a single sniper rifle is useless ratlings are the only way to go because you can get a large group of them.
Same as the HQ, full of armoury junk.

Alright, Flamers are crap, and so are sniper rifles in small numbers. Vanish em both and replace with some other wepaons. Also Sharpshooters is only cost effective in support squads, drop it form here.

Macharian cross is useless. You can save the points by deploying correctly in the first place. Drop it. Melta guns are only going to be of any use if you deepstrike the squad in which case the officer shouldn't be upgraded at all.
