If it is the Model I'm thinking of; the multimelta powerfist guy, he has a cloak that makes it hard to give him wings and make it look beliviable. I would recommend you to use another model as a base for this project.

You would just need to put a backpack on him, and chop off the little things on the sides... they are like jet boosters or something like that. And replace them with wings... or at least, thats what I would do.

And I agree, CC All the way. And make the wings all damaged so you can use the Daemonic Speed rule... its way better for CC lords.
