You could do with dropping one of those powers. Does he DS in to battle? IF not he needs a transport of some form.

I would ask why you have decided to use a reaper. It is over pointed in the new codex.
I would give the champion a powerfist or better a chainfist, a powerfist is by far better than a powerweapon in combat and it also can get you out of nasty situations like dreadnaught assualts and kill of that pesky enemy HQ unit.

Nice unit here, simple and to the point, anti MEQ or weaker

Both troop units need Powerfists instead of swords.

Dont mix heavy weapons in your havoc squad, the cost of multitasking units is they are not specialsing in one field, and while not doing so they will find it harder to regain there points.

I suggest dropping the IoT, picking up an extra 2 mans and IoCG. Tzeentch is pretty awesome, but 40 pts for a 5 man squad hurts.
