Anyone knows where to find the rules to use special chapters in Chaos Space Marines armies and Traitor Imperial Guard?

White Dwarf, Codex, any hint?

If you can find a copy of Codex: Eye of Terror, you could use that for traitor guard. Legion specific rules do not exist for the current rules set, so you've just got to make them up using units that suit their background.

Using Codex:Lost & the Damned + 3rd Edition Codex: Chaos is still legal for the remainder of the current tournament season in a lot of places. In anything but the most strict tournament, I imagine people would be fine with using LatD in conjunction with the new 4th ed C:CSM. I at least am of the opinion that it results in a weaker LatD army than the previous edition.
