i looked at the chaos codex yesterday and it looked extremely difficult and complicated. i am considering not doing choas but i want to. is it just me or is it really difficult to put together

Its not that hard really. Just read it through 50 times and try the ArmyBuilder
to get a feel for it.

i find it is difficult which is why i didnt get a chaos army. anyway i suppose my loyalty lies with the imperium and my sign shows that

I at first was confused by it, but after going through these forums were people asked about questions I wanted to ask, I got my answers answered, so now I have a better understanding about it. I still though have trouble if veteran skills and psychic abilities count to the wargear point limit.

Chaos is a bit complicated. I thought so too with the new rules, but you get used to it.

At first it can be confusing, but when ever you have a questian on how something works, just look it up, memorize postions of key things, re read things if you have to, and don't be afraid to ask for help on LO. Youll get used to it after a while, and know the true power of chaos!!!

I just started playing again. I havn't played since 2nd addition, so I basically had to re learn the whole game. Thier a bit confusing at first but you start to get used to them. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Slayer there has helped catch some errors in my army, and has helped me to correct things.
