There's this spell Cleansing Flare from the Lore of Light. The spell can affect units even in CC. However, my question is, can you cast it while you're in CC? Thanks.
as long as the spell is not a magic missile, does not require line of sight or specifically states that it can not be cast while in combat then you can indeed cast it. simmilar spells like the top lore of death spell are the same in this regard.
