Quite a simple question for you all, do the tests made for orders count as morale tests for the summary execution rules. Basically do commis execute after a failed order?

I feel it would be quite humorous -
Officer - Shoot that big thing now!!! FIRE FIRE FIRE!!!

Sgt - (to trooper) What did he say?
Trooper - I dunno...
Commissar - YOU DIDN'T LISTEN??? HERETIC!!!
Loud bang...

Stubborn allows them to ignore modifiers to their morale checks, orders are a leadership test.

Commissars execute fr failed morale tests, orders are leadership.

Banners help with morale not leadership...

Good to see this question in an english forum. I always thought, we only have these kind of problems with the germen rules. Because in the german version we have only "moral checks" and "checks on moral" (Moraltests vs. Test auf den Moralwert). The terms are quite similar so you always have to look it up, because in critical situations you or your opponent want to know for sure.
