All good except for Hardened Fighters. Not a very useful doctrine. For less points you could take Cameoline which would help your game far more than Hardened Fighters ever will.

Couple of things to remove:

Medic (not cost effective)
All grenades (you really shouldn't be assaulting enemy that is in cover or vehicles)
Rocket Launcher (This squad is for leadership, they can't fulfill that role if they got shot up because they've got a rocket. This squad's job is leading by huddling behind some hard cover)
Medallion Crimson (For the same cost a Power Weapon will do you better. Switch.)

For 15 pts I'd upgrade them to Lascannons. And in case you're new to 40k, Rockets do not make very good anti horde weapons, often your opponent will space his men out so you can only hit one with the template anyway.

Meltaguns are only any good in a suicide deepstriker squad, in which case the cost of the squad should be kept to a minimum. If you want ten strong squad then go for x3 plasma, x1 Lascannon.

And drop the the grenades.

You need some more anti horde weapons. I suggest switching the Rockets in this platoon for Heavy Bolters.

Find the points to upgrade these rockets to Lascannons, they will see you a lot further.

Grenade Launchers and Flamers are horrible wastes of the BS 4. I suggest you drop grenadiers altogether and make these Storm Troopers. Then give them infiltrate and two plasmaguns.

Rough terrain Modifications. Ask yourself exactly how many times do you plan to attempt charging through terrain. The answer should be zero. So it can be dropped.

Hunter Killer Rockets are also terrible wastes of points, definitely get rid of it and buy a Heavy Stubber which is worth every point.

To use the Basilisk effectively, you should be placing it out of Line Of Sight where it cannot be shot at. Makes an Armoured Crew Compartment kind of redundant doesn't it?

- I keep the terrain mods because I am often fighting in Cityfight where I am constantly moving my tanks over rubble, hills and barricades. I wouldn't want the tanks to become immobile!
