ok the first one is a brother captian hero with 9 termies for HQ the captain has a daemon hammer, and the termies have one incinerator. this Hq will teleport in.

for elites i have 3 squads of 9 terminators, all teleporting in and the brother captains each have a chainfist.

for troops i have two squads of 5 storm troopers

total 1997 points.

my second load out is
brother captain in term armor. no retinue. stormbolter and nfw standard load out.

fast attack
3 squads of 10 greyknights teleport attack
all standard loadout nfw and stormbolter

troops
3 squads of 10 greyknights
all standard loadout nfw and stormbolter

hvy sup
purgadition squad of 5
justicar with artificer armor and homing beacon
4 inceneratior greyknights in a rhino

total points= 1996

a brother captain can't take a deamon hammer and grey knights cant be in a rhino. If you think you'll be up against orks or guards alot then take the second army list. If you think you'll be up agaisint marines or chaos take the one with alot of terminators.

Your army lists are pretty good, except for one thing, take a grandmaster, he costs an assload more. The one thing that daemonhunters lack is Initive 5 people, any power weapon wielding HQ choice will cut those terminators down. Also dont give the GM the demonhammer, his force weapon will kill of demons just fine. It is also a must that you take sacred incence they are only ten points and are worth everyone. You might want to consider giving the GK hero a power weapon for an extra attack in close combat. Also about the deep striking thing, its a good idea, but the squads are wayyyyyy too big, you can only fit 7 termies on a ordinance template, 6 if it is on a homing beacon no matter how you squeeze them in. Consider throwing in a thunder hammer or two in each squad, dont forget when models are "struck" by it, their initive is reduced to 1 till the end of the next turn. Take out the purigation squad its a huge target and it will do too little, consider something else like a dread, or more storm troopers, or just distribute the weapons among your fast attack choices. Its 5 points cheaper that way.Good luck on the tourney!

sorry about the last post, the reason why you should take a grand master is because he has 2 more wounds 1 extra intiive and an extra attack, oh yeah and his force weapon.

yer first force would get blown apart by shooties, its too slow, like ig, tau, or alaitoc or ulthwe eldar

yer second force doesnt have enough firepower, add like assault termies or sumthin and have them deep strike

the reason i have deamon hammer, is not just for demons, it is also i put one tank popper hth weapon in each squad. plus i dont need to give the grandmaster a power weapon, his stormbolter counts as a CC weapon, all grey knights termies or power armor get true grit with storm bolters and so get a bonue attck for 2 CC weapons.

in the second army list it will not be likely that i will have a problem sheilding my purgadition, i have lots of troops, and they will be doing the march of death across the board.

Mobility isnt the problem here, did you read the true grit rule in the codex? It stricktly says only power armored grey knights can use true grit therefore it does not count as a CC weapon. For the love of god, downsize your term squads, split them up or something, your opponent will laugh his ass off when you lose 2 terms because they couldnt fit in the teleporter.

also you can switch out some of the weapons in your termi squads for Thunder hammers, which would be better than buying a 30 pt piece of wargear that you dont really need.
