Feral Orks

I was looking around and found this on the UK site of 40k. Now it gives a link to an army list so since it is on the official site are the rules chapter approved.

Any help on this would be awsome, because I am still painting my army and if these are in fact Chapter approved I will consider running them.

Feral orks are a ligitamate army list as per chapter approved 2004 where their list is entered in its entirety.
