First off remove the individual point values for the upgrades, just state the unit totals. Also there is no need to write all the default specual rules out each time. It makes it dificult to read and we all know they have preferred enemy daemons and a frag grenade etc.

HQ: Champ is ok for the rerolls to hit but you can get a better version in an inquisitor with divination and rad grenades. If you like the ability to die and remove from play a big opponent then stick with the champion but =][=, Level 1 Pskker, Rad grenades 70 is a good cheap alternative possibly adding power armour and/or Psykotroke grenades too if you have a bit left over.

Troops: Only take psybolts if you have 8+ storm bolters in a unit. Remember you can combat squad afterwards too. Halberds on GKSS aren't reccomended because of the cost and only 1 attack each but taking one on the justicar to help in challenges makes sense. The hammer is good against tanks but with no invulnerable it isn't grreat on a justicar. Termies take 1 sword, 1 hammer (not on justicar) and 3 halberds. Drop the banner and psybolts unless 10 strong.

Heavy: All good. You could drop some upgrades mentioned above and one teleporter and take the GKSS up to 10 with psybolt, 2 PC and a MC Halberd for 250.

Allies : Sensible with plenty of scoring and the AA role covered.

Yeah sorry about all the superfluous stuff. The army app I posted It from does that automatically. I didn't feel like deleting all of it lol
